The Peppermint Palm is a women's apparel boutique specializing in high-end preppy fashion with locations in Louisville and Lexington, KY.  As Kentucky's premier Lilly Pulitzer® Signature Stores, we sell the exclusive and iconic Lilly Pulitzer® product line of women's and girl's apparel, shoes, accessories and jewelry. 

 

We exist to provide an upscale shopping experience to our customers through an exclusive product line and "WOW" customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS

 

• Knowledgeable about high end women's fashion industry

• Ability to manage people, delegate tasks, follow up on results in the absence of the  store manager

• Ability to sell an experience and not a product

• Superb merchandising skills  

     

MAJOR RESPONSBILITITES

 

• Uphold the values and visions of the company in daily operations.

• Maintain the market reputation of the store through consistent excellence in customer  service and relationship building with

       staff and customers.

• Provide operational oversight of store and communicate results to company owners in  the absence of the store manager.

• Achieve established sales goals.

• Scheduling of work hours in the absence of the store manager

• Supervision and training of staff in the absence of the store manager

• Help insure availability of store product through inventory monitoring and reporting.

• Help oversee store security to reduce inventory shrinkage.

• Maintain store cleanliness through planned cleaning schedules.

• Function as a Sales Associate
